The whole register
Each block holds one hundred sitting numbers, a thousand to a row. Inked marks are issued numbers, including unfinished or erased records; the next mark is the next number available.
Numbers are given out when a sitting opens, so unfinished or erased records can leave gaps. Numbers are never reassigned.
